Each piece is handmade and custom-made to order, so we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
Custom engravings and modified designs are final sale.
Please note that the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
